Ms. Kalpana Srilalitha, is the founder and managing director of Icons Infosystem. With over 14+ years as a techno-commercial, Ms. Kalpana has cross cultural work experiences from the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East Asia and Australia as an independent contractor. The purpose of the company is to apply creative talent in technology and deliver best of the services that is cost effective yet timely in delivery through a very systematic and professional approach, across various geographical time zones.

Ms. Kalpana has been featured live in Bangalore's FM Radio Stations "Radio Mirchi" & "SFM" in the year 2007 & 2008 respectively. She refers her very first technical award "Golden Web Award" towards the successful completion of the portals of Mercedes Benz and Maybach by Daimler Chrysler in 2000-01.

Highly regarded for her practical knowledge, Ms. Kalpana attributes her career attainments to determination, hard work and meticulous execution with a firm educational background. Ms. Kalpana earned her master's degree in advertising and public relations from Madurai Kamaraj University.

She has also been chosen by Goldman Sachs as one of the 10K women across the globe to receive 100% sponsored “Certificate in Entrepreneurship Program” - an equivalent of executive MBA - delivered by Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (founding associates being Kellogg School of Management, Wharton University of Pennsylvania & London School of Business).

She compliments this impressive resume with an equally inspiring philanthropic agenda and support of organizations that benefit education, the impoverished and victims of natural calamities. In her spare time Ms. Kalpana enjoys travel, sports and music.

Currently her focus is on putting Icons Infosystem in a fast growth track through expansion plans of global reach.
