As a small firm of less than 50 employees, the management went through a roller coaster ride in the years 2008 to 2010. Much of it was contributed by the global IT recession. From May 2010, a special team headed by the founder worked on maximizing the employee productivity.
After tireless efforts, the team finally succeeded in addressing the issues, pertaining not only to the productivity management, also created a new internal operation model. This new strategy was brought under trial in November 2010 and will be on till January 2011. The results are already astonishing thereby proving to be a breakthrough in the service industry of similar sizes and similar functions. |
